In time and well-packed for gifting.
The item arrived on time, the package was great and it looks like a good product. Since we bought it to gift to someone, we did not get a chance to review the performance but seems like a solid product.

Works well
This is the second hot plate from this company I've purchased. They both work well and keep food nice and hot. They have an adjustable heat thermostat knob and one can increase or decrease heat . Large capacity that can hold a couple of 9x13 pans and a couple of other smaller pans simultaneously.

Great product except pans slide
These are a huge improvement over the sterno/water pans we used previously. Low keeps food warm. The only major issue is that the pans slide around making serving tricky.

Works well with caveat
Works well, however even at its lowest setting I find it a bit too high in temperature.

Rather handy
This is rather nice for when you are having a crowd, holidays etc. On the large size, does the job. Good to have when you need it.

Best Warming Tray
Far superior than Chefman. Just bought a Chefman at Costco for $30 and it’s not not worth it. Spend an extra $35 and you get faster heating and uniform temp throughout the surface. The Chefman at max temp, dial is hard to see by the way, after about 15 min, is hottest at center of 105 degrees but drops off as you move towards the edges from 90 to about 85. The top portion of about an inch does not get hot, maybe 70 degrees.
