Very useful for my work with the laptop surface 4

Great utility with added ports, but impractical
The product design of this is neat. The utility is great due to the increased number of necessary hardware ports. However, this product is far from perfect...1. My mouse (connected via the USB port) would lag or disconnect entirely.2. Whenever I would plug in an additional USB device, like a USB drive, my Surface's HDMI connection would reset.3. This makes the product run hot!Consider an alternative that uses USB-C only.

the docking station I received did not look anything like the one I ordered. the components (USB, USB-c, headphone) did not align with my surface at all

Disappointed given how excited I was at first.
It worked for about a month perfectly, then completely became unusable with constant connection issues.

Il semble qu’en cas d’utilisation de tous les ports cela ne fonctionne pas
J’utilise ce produit avec un laptop pour usage professionnel mais je ne pense pas le garder car les ports usb sont inutilisables par manque de puissance
