I use rollators, wheelchair or forearm crutches to get around and this works great on all of my mobility aids. There are flexible plastic tabs in the cup holder that helps secure cups or bottles of various sizes. The phone holder section is fantastic and accommodates cell phones with drop resistant cases, usually my phone won't fit in holders but I don't have any issues using this one, my phone fits snuggly and I don't have to worry it falling out.This helps free up my hands and I don't need to dig around in my purse for my phone when I'm using this on one of my mobility aids. I'm sure this would also work great on strollers or a bicycle.Very sturdy construction, easy to take off and put on without a hassle

This cup holder is easy to install, has removable lips to hold cups tight, and an open for your cup handles. Not all coffee cups fit well in it but you just have to find one with the right shape or use a "to-go" mug. I use this holder with my mobility devices and it is very handy. I love been able to carry both my coffee and my cell phone around hands-free!

I looked everywhere for a cup holder for my gaming chair as it has awkward shaped armrests. The clip on this holder attaches easily to the armrests and is nice and sturdy too! Very happy with it!
