Rebecca did it again
I have to admit that I was a little nervous about this book, I mean the first three were fantastic, sexy, and totally got me hooked on romance, but, could she do it again? The End of Hatred was chosen as my number one pick for 2019 on my blog and Rebecca was interviewed by me a few months earlier so to say that going into book four of the series the question entered my mind, could Rebecca do it again?Pop ReviewAction, adventure, romance, with a twinge of erotica, just when you feel its starting to get to sappy Rebecca goes and gets a techy warrior scenario scene going that would raise an eyebrow on Mr Spock and give an instant erection to any d&d geek alive then bringing out of them the sappy blood lust romance addict in any nerdiest of nerds launching them into full “nerdvana”.🤓 uh..., huh? This book excited me, I felt satisfaction during and after it ended, did I want more? You bet! The fact that there will be another installment of this series makes me weak in the knees, believe me that’s a good thing. The Reluctant Savior I feel is the second best book of this series, not taking anything away from the middle two but book four does it and Rebecca done it right. Evie proves to be as sexy and mysterious as she did in book one, her sexual appetite and blood lust go pretty much unchecked as she satisfies her desires and delivers you to the edge while laughing the whole way.Great job Rebecca, I know I said this four books ago,but I’m saying it again, I’m a fan!

Fourth and Favorite!!
Reluctant Savior is the 4th volume in Hefner’s Etherya’s Earth series and as soon as I picked it up I was riveted. Like her other books, RS is an inspiring story of love and loss, with a strong female protagonist (although Evie would definitely say she was an antagonist ;), lots of steamy sex scenes, and a well-rounded plot. However, although I typically favor the first book in any series, RS may be my favorite of the Etherya’s Earth books. I love that Hefner included the story of other couples finding love as well, especially since they were characters that I couldn’t help to route for in her other books. Also I loved Evie and her struggle with having a dark side. I mean who hasn’t imagined choking someone with their mind?! (Just me?! Lol) Evie and Kenden’s relationship is fiery, deep, and passionate, and I love his undying and stubborn dedication to her. Lastly, I think my very favorite part of the book is that it hints at more to come!! I would definitely love to see a lot more from Hefner in this series and others. Thanks for an excellent read!! :)

Crimeous and Evie fight to the finish
Evie and Kenden develop a relationship as he convinces her she has lots of good in her. Crimeous wants to take Ardains unborn baby and Evie convinces him to take her and she will help him defeat the vampyres and slayers. Evie gets into the final fight when Crimeous believes he is undefeatable. Evie then goes away to get her head together. Kenden goes to fond her and they get married after she finally accepts that she loves him. Unknown to any of the immortals, there is a secret daemon group that wants to avenge Crimeos death.

Loved the story even with the few complaints!
The reading for this book was a little shaky at times but still good. The story was great but the descriptions got repetitive. Kendon's chocolate irises is one of them. How the narrator says baby when referring to Eevie isn't that genuine. Seemed forced. All of the self loathing kind of drags on but still good. I love the series and I loved the story. I like that Eevie was extremely hard yet easy at the same time. Not sure how to describe it.*I received a complimentary copy of the audiobook from the author via Story Origin. On to the next book!!

YES YES YES, a thousand times YESSSS!
Oh man, I can’t say enough amazing things about this fourth chapter of Etherya’s Earth series. The passion, the struggles and depth of characters is just beyond amazing. I loved every moment of this story. Everyone has an inner Evie inside them that has doubts about their self worth, there ability to care and love and the hope to find someone like Kendan to show you that your strong will and determination are beautiful inside and out. Loved the message this particular book sends. And oh my ... all the history that unfolded and the sub romances had me sweating! Love love love

Easy read
It was good to see Eve get her happy ending and this was an easy read like the other books in the series.

Excellent Summer Read
I just finished up the fourth book of the series and I loved it. I can't remember when I read a whole series in such a short time but it goes to show how quickly the books read and so easily. The story continues with a focus on two other characters that have been introduced in the series earlier. It's a refreshing way for a story line to develop that the main characters have changed for each book and yet the other characters are still very much a part of the storyline. I liked how the author ties the story so that as each character has been introduced through the series, they are intertwined into the overall story line. This book isn't just about love, but also good vs. evil. You always root for the good guys and when the good guy are strong women, even better. Looking forward to book 5!

They just keep getting better!
I love how each book in the series makes me feel more and more connected to Etherya's Earth. I had to force myself to take my time to enjoy this one because I absolutely adore Evie and her journey. I actually thought it was the last book, so I'm super excited to know there's more in store! The character development has been amazing, particularly the variety of relatable personality facets. Please keep the non-stop action, plot twists, supernatural battles, steamy scenes, and strong heroines coming! I'm ready for another great escape!
