Can this product be used in spray bottle?

I haven't used it in a spray but I would think any problem would be with the spray container itself because of the density of the product.

Can I put this is a silicone mold and be able to pop the shape out without it getting stuck?

I use it to make pop cap magnets, where you put a picture in the pop cap then put the lacquer over it. It dries clear so you can see the picture. I tried to get the lacquer out of an old pop cap and it was very difficult. Very difficult. So I don’t think it would easily pop out of a mold.

Does it dry hard, or flexible? Would it take sanding?

It was flexible for some time because I trimmed some excess with an exacto blade. I don't know it it eventually gets hard enough to sand later because my use puts it u der glass.
