I learn martial arts couple times a week and I try to build up and strengthen my muscles. I’m told by my relative that his doctor recommends him to get this product. He tries it and recommends it to me. I also try it, not only it tastes good and also within a month, my muscles are built and my current muscles are strengthened. Certainly, I practice what I learn plus do exercises everyday. If you do exercise/workout regularly and frequently, this product will not disappoint you.

This is one of the better quality proteins on market. Goto labdoor.com and you’ll see it’s Top 3 which means you get what you paid for unlike many others with fillers. I don’t understand what these other people are complaining about but cookies and cream has a great taste.

I’m a fan of most of MP’s products, I have been using them for years. That being said the recent bag of the cookies and cream flavor protein I received tastes awful! It has a weird smell and taste that I cannot put my finger on, it almost tastes burnt as weird as that sounds. It tastes nothing like your typical cookies and cream flavor that you find in other protein/supplement companies. It is in no way enjoyable to drink and I struggle to even force it down, definitely would not recommend this flavor.

I really like that it’s quite fast and light to digest! I don’t even have that fullness or heaviness on my stomach that other brands previously tested gave me! The only thing is that this particular flavor is not the best! I didn’t like it!

The flavor is amazing and the nutrients are great but it does not dissolve all the way , BUT Those little chunks are little goodness.

I based my two stars purely on taste. I’ve tried 4-5 different protein powders and this is by far the worst tasting. I didn’t expect this based on the other reviews. Perhaps it’s the sucralose but I honestly cannot drink it. It’s the first time I’ve tried a powder that I really wish I could return. I have only tried the cookies and cream flavor so maybe the others are better but this one is not good. It blends well and packaging is good, I just can’t past the sucralose taste.

I usually buy the Chocolate Smooth flavor and really enjoy that one, but I decided to branch out and try a new flavor this time. Overall I am happy that I did, Cookies and Cream is delicious.

I understand that protein powders don't always taste the greatest but this one was rough to finish. There's like a sour taste to it.
