This thing was incredibly useful after a laparoscopic surgery, helping relieve the pain in my shoulder area. I love the ease of use since you just pop it in the microwave and it’s good to go wherever you happen to be. I find it to be a bit better for heat than as a cool pack, but I honestly may not have chilled it in the freezer long enough. I would definitely recommend this. I have even used it at the foot of my bed when the weather turned unexpectedly chilly again this spring and it warmed my feet just enough. The shape is perfect for the neck and shoulders. I have recommended this to my friends. Item received quickly and efficiently.

If you're someone like me who has an injury or arthritis and you're constantly using a heat pack- this is terrific. I use it all of the time so it takes me microwaving it many times a day. Its large and very pliable making it easy to apply where you need it.

I love these I have alot of neck and migraines and these are wonderful and easy to clean and stick back on the freezer. If you have any kind of muscle pain or inflammation COLD IS THE ONLY WAY TO GO!!!!! Very important people number one mistake is heat it only really increases swelling. My first go to when pain occurs before pain relievers if I am able to get to it. Great seller came with great packaging. I bought 6 and where all in individual boxes. Would buy again if I hadnt bought 6 gave one to my mother and she loves it also.

My husband had surgery on his rotator cuff, he started physical therapy and they used one like this but larger. He didn't want the larger one so we order this one that sits on his shoulder. He said it defiantly helps, not too big and not to small, and it doesn't take up a lot of room in the freezer.

This is perfect! It stays warm or cold for a long time, 6 hours at least. The gel is nice and conforming, they're durable and I haven't had any issues with splitting even after multiple uses!

Used one time, when first received it, in Feb. Placed in freezer until next needed, which was today. The bag was leaking.For the price that you pay for this, you would think that it would be more durable. Not recommended to buy.

I’ve only used it as an ice pack and it works well, stays cold for a long time and really helped relive shoulder pain after surgery. One thing to keep in mind is it is very large so if you’re tight on freezer space it might not the right one for you.

This is amazing!!!!!! Ive bought two of them so far amd absolutely love them!!!!!! Great for coming home after a bike ride and icing down the knees and it forms great for different shapes!!!!
