It's not compatible with Australian CO2 Cylinders, and the cylinder simply cannot fit in properly.

Si no puedes vivir sin agua gasificada, esta máquina es un excelente reemplazo de la Soda Stream: usa los mismos cartuchos de Soda Stream, hace menos ruido y es más bonita. Muy recomendable.

Bought 3. 1)First: screw in CO2 continually leaked inside draining CO2 over a weekend. 2nd) New bottle design (with 4 tabs) will not except other bottles... worse.. ** new bottle slowly leaks. (Over a few hours). Bad sealing at bottle and cap...not field fixable. 3rd) pressure release inside...releases too early, not allowing a full CO2 charge, eventually almost no charge. Gets progressively worse, with limited use. All 3 worked great for a few days or a week. ***However, the cost of the unit, plus the many pounds of waisted CO2 makes this Phlips product very expensive. ***Worst problen... Philips service. Wow, long waits ... continual put offs, ...switch to wrong numbers, hours of effort with now results. 5 wrong numbers over days of trying. No answer from email to customer service. with long waits and then disconnects. Required advertising selections in order to proceed. *worst customer service I have seen in 20 years. *This product should be dropped from Amazon. **Philip's customer service should be surveyed by Amazon customers. Might be surprises at how bad it is.
