Is it military time (0-24) or am/pm?

It's am/pm, but there is a weird quirk with how the flipping cards are set up so that it shows "00" instead of "12." That happens during the hours at both noon and midnight. I'm rarely around the house at noon or awake at midnight, so it doesn't bother me.

Hour card flips at 58th minute. How to fix?

I would contact betus directly-the seller. I had a similar issue and they told me how to fix it. You have to either bend down the arm that over the numbers or bend it up depending on your issue. Contact them like I mentioned because they will give you the exact directions how to do it. I’ve always had a great experience with their customer service team. Good luck!
