Very good & apt for regular use. Very useful for my mom & wife. Weekly thrice or twice we used this grinder. Completely am satisfied for this purchase. Very smooth & without any noise in this motor. I strongly recommended this grinder . I attached video of fully loaded . Heat and motor smell not come 2 hours of continuous running . Good value for money.

Machine not working
I have purchased yesterday and today I have opened and checked a small quantity, the motor stopped suddenly. I have reduced the batter and tried still not working. Then I have added some water and tried but still not working. Lastly I have removed everything and washed the drum and everything and kept empty one but still it is not working. I have called customer care and I have to wait 5 minutes to get connected and they have replied that the technician will come in 24 to 48 working hours.
