Not Breathable. Leave feet cold and damp
I was happy they fit a size 13 narrow foot. The elastic wasn't as tight as other socks, as this is a " diabetic sock."But after walking in them 20 or more minutes, my warm feet start to get cold as these are made of synthetic material. Sadly will have to donate them.

SOFT AND COMFORTABLE but POOR LASTING POLYESTER QUALITY
These Pembrook Diabetic Sox size Large were ordered because wanted softness, stretch, breathability, no tightness on calf, all grey color, 6-pack, and a reasonable price. Only found here on Amazon. All is as described and pictured for size 9 male feet.Hoped for a suitable fabric as content was not described anywhere in posting. The label band in the plastic zip package arrived as 97% Polyester and 3% Spandex. The fit is soft all over, thin cushioned sole, very comfortable, extends high below knee, stays up, and does not indent calf. Does not change the fit of a dress or athletic shoe. Polyester is soft all over, forms to foot lightly with stretch, and no bunching anywhere. One small seam felt across toe area. Machined wash/dry good like new without shrinkage or color loss after about 45 days use.Breathable mesh on instep does indent, holds moisture, and after removal itches skin. Fabric is not durable, weave snags, stitch runs easy, and punctures with finger touch, plastic strips holding the sox in package were tight, could not be removed easy, and slightly snagged fabric on removal. Frustrating.Sox are low quality for high price and longevity will not last a season. Comfort trade off. Disappointing.Would not purchase again. Not recommended. May need to return.

Compy and warm.
These are the best diabetic socks I've seen. Mom loves the colors. The only thing I don't like is that they have more than doubled in price!!! Makes it impossible to order more.

Excellent, comfortable and warm socks
They have perfect fit for shoe size 10 women. They do not slide down like most other non binding socks do. Warm, soft and comfortable…ideal thickness so I can easily put my shoes on. Best socks I ever had.

Good value and good socks
I had trouble locating items locally in store so have these a try. They were exactly as advertised and they fit good. No issues
