i recently had a flare up of an older knee injury and was having trouble with walking/moving my knee without to much pain. this knee brace does a great job helping with stability without allowing myself to put too much pressure on it. it's not the most comfortable thing to wear in this texas summer heat but definitely does make a difference with my knees. adjustable straps make this a good fit for me -- i am 5'7, 185 lbs.

Had a big snow storm in Dec n went skiing b4 Christmas. Suppose to be fun but bad decision... ended up with a knee injury ligament. Dr. said 6-12wks to recover. Thx to this knee recovery, it's 2mos and 95% recovered now. Was searching for many other products but this one with angel adjustment is a plus. It helps a lot for my injury and recovery faster as it can secure the bending angle and limits the movement for a speedy recovery. Don't get injury, but if it does, highly recommend this one 👍🏾

This knee brace has stabilizers on the sides, as well as a locking dial for keeping your knee bent, such as for when you are using a crutch. The knee cap is also better protected by the cushioned ring on top. The knee brace is fully adjustable and fits me very well.
