Great Product, Amazing Service
The soap dispenser is excellent. I like the size, and I like that you can adjust the flow and it works very well unlike a couple of others I have tried in the past. I still didn't leave a review, too lazy.But recently, after 2 years or so, it broke down. I emailed the seller with the order number to ask about their lifetime guarantee. To my delight, their response came within a day and in the first email itself they said they will send me a replacement. Another day later the replacement arrived, a shining new dispenser the exact same model. Even I cannot ask for more than that.They didn't ask for a review but that service inspired me to write about it. Great product backed by a fantastic customer support team.

Does not turn on at all
The media could not be loaded. Do not buy this terrible soap dispenser, I opened it out of the box and followed the instructions given on the manual. Made sure the batteries where in the correct position and I even tried using both lithium and alkaline batteries and it still failed to turn on.

Love The Concept!
Love the concept of it! However it's quite bulky for a normal sized bathroom basi! It isn't drip free I find myself using my finger to wipe the excess as i am pulling my hand away after it finishes dispensing or in ends up in the basin! I love that it's hands free and it's design is stylish
