This was an inexpensive set of drill bits, but I only needed to drill holes in plastic for my project so I ordered a set. They worked perfectly which in plastic wasn’t surprising. What is surprising is how well they work for projects with metal. The steps are perfectly spaced so they do not tear thin materials as you transition between the steps. I drill pilot holes so the drill tips have not been damaged and the drills are as sharp as when they were new. Very happy with these tools.

it is a nice set and container for the bits and worked well with my job

I have the old straight cut version that required lots of pressure to get through 1/8" metal and got dull fairly quickly. This new one cut quicker and is still sharp. Grab on though, it bites hard into the material.

Great bits for the price. Have got me out of many hard spots. Great for a mechanics grab bag, cheap enough when they dull out just buy a new set.

Nice set of step drill bits in a sturdy well made box. Extremely helpful when need holes stepped up to a certain size. Very sharp and is still sharp after many use stepping up holes in thick metals. Some stainless steel holes too, with no problem.
