Superb product .I was on prescription medication and melatonin even then I had issues with falling asleep and getting quality sleep. I use armmodafinil and caffeine to stay energetic and focused, thought this might help me sleep at night but did work at allJust gives a mood boost and i think my sleep quality was better 6 -7 hours of sleep kept me going otherwise i need atleast 8 hours
