Jax and Ellie
I absolutely loved Until Jax. Hope the 3 yr old stole the story, she is Ellie's adopted daughter. Hope's parents were killed in a car accident when Hope was three months old, her parents were Ellie's brother Edward and sisiter in law Bonnie. Ellie is a strong female lead and Jax acts alpha but is really a big marshmallow. Jax feels the Boom in Until July when he first meets Ellie. He will stop at nothing to have Ellie as his, he will also keep her safe. Ellie was sold into the sex trafficking in Until July but she was rescued and placed into Jax's care. Ellie will fight Jax on being in a relationship, she is very independent and doesn't like owning people. They will work out their differences , Jax will work the Mayson male magic and win his girl.Great addition to the Until series and the "Boom". Happy Reading

each one giving me something beautiful to remember
âThe first time I saw you, my world stopped.â âNothing else existed but you, and then it stopped again when I held Hope for the first time. And since that moment, there have been a million pauses, each one giving me something beautiful to remember.âI donât know about you guys, but I love seeing the Mayson family get their BOOM! The moment that happens, itâs like the world stops and nothing or no one will stop them from getting what they want.Ever since I read Until July, I have been dying to get my hands on Jaxâs story. There was just something about him that made me want to know more. So, to say I was excited when this book showed up on my kindle, would be an understatement.Until Jax starts off with one heck of a bang. We find our two main characters in the hospital. Ellie is unsure of why she is there and why Jax is with her. Jax is immediately taken with Ellie. Whether he realizes it or not, he has just found his BOOM and he will do whatever it takes to keep her safe. Only, there is more to Ellieâs past than Jax realizes. Jax will soon find out that Ellie has a daughter. Now to some men, that might be a red flag and send them running. But, not Jax. Jax is completely taken and wants to keep Ellie and her daughter in his life. The feelings he has run deep and itâs only a matter of time before Ellie is right where Jax is.Until Jax was a quick and easy read for me. I loved how quickly Jax was taken with Ellie. It was like he was hit over his head with the realization that Ellie was his and would stop at nothing to keep her. Yes, this is a case of insta-love, but it worked so well. Ellie and Jax were really likable and easy to relate to. They also had amazing chemistry and burned up the pages when they were together! My heart went out to Ellie and all the things she had to endure in her past. What should have broken her, only made her come out stronger and more determined to have a better life. And JaxâŚ.Well, what can I say about Jax? He was 100% alpha male. He was intense and determined. He wasnât afraid to claim Ellie and Hope as his family. I loved how protective he was of them and how he truly cared about the both of them.Until Jax gave me everything that I come to expect and love from an Aurora Rose Reynolds book. Until Jax is filled with lots of romance and sexy times. It is also light on the drama, but still has enough action and twists thrown in to keep you on your toes. The characters are so likable and if youâve been following this series for a long time, like I have, then you will really appreciate getting to spend more time with all the families and just seeing how far everyone has come.Overall, this was a really enjoyable book. I canât seem to get enough of these characters and their family. Each book just keeps me begging for more. I canât wait to see whoâs story Aurora Rose Reynolds will give us next!*I was provided an ARC copy of this book, via TRSOR Promotions, in exchange for an honest review*My review can also be seen at: http://onceuponabookblog.com/2015/10/...

Great continuation Until Series!
Ellie Anthony is a young woman who didnât have an easy life. Her mother checked out after her father died, and her only brother died in a car crash. Becoming a mother unsuspectedly at the age of 19 to a baby girl changed the course of her life, the little girl is her everything and she does all she can to provide for her. Being born on the wrong side of the tracks left a mark on Ellie, she doesnât trust easily and isnât used to people helping her. Meeting the very attractive Jax Mayson during the worst moment of her life is confusing, he brings out feelings she thought she didnât had, and she isnât sure what to do with them.âFeeling something strange coming from Jax, I turn my head, seeing a look in his eyes that sends a shiver through me. Itâs tender and dark, but so soft, and I wonder what caused it.âJax is a true Mayson, like his father and uncles he believes in the âBoomâ. Where some of them thought the âBoomâ was an annoying baker tale, Jax is waiting for it to happen to him. He sees his father and his uncles with their wives and the relationships they have and wants that for himselfâa strong deep bond with a good woman. While heâs waiting for the right woman for him, Jax spends time with other women who donât mean anything to him. The moment he lays his eyes on Ellie, despite the circumstances, he knows she is it for him, his âBoomâ. From that moment on, he does everything in his power to make Ellie to change her mind about a relationship with him.âI know I now have that under my roof; I just need to convince Ellie of the same thing. I need to show her our future could be beautiful is sheâd give it a chance.âEllie and her daughter are welcomed with open arms by Jaxâs extended family. They do everything to make them both feel welcome. I love the way Jax was with Ellie, a very sweet protective Alpha guy who assured her they are in it for the long haul. Due to her upbringing and experience with people, Ellie has her insecurities; it took her some time to embrace the feelings she has for Jax. After a little dancing around each other, Jax and Ellie fall easily into a loving relationship full of funny banter. The story being told in Until Jax is a familiar one. Itâs quite similar to the stories of Jaxâs father Cash and his uncles. An over the top Alpha man falling for the gorgeous but insecure woman, doing whatever it takes to win her over. I love the way this book is written, in the style I know so well from Aurora Rose Reynolds. I have enjoyed seeing the people from the original Until series, and the supporting characters I have come to love.âIâm going to marry you one day, Ellie, and then Iâm going to adopt Hope so youâll both have my last name.âWill I continue to read future Until books? Oh yes, I will definitely read the next two books about June and Sage. But because of the somewhat unoriginal plot, especially in the romantic department, I give this story 4 stars.

Fantastic Read
Five swoon worthy stars! Totally adored Jax as a child in Until Lilly and heâs just as adorable in his story.Ellie hasnât had the best start in life, we first meet her in Until July, while they are both held prisoner the only difference is that she was sold by her mother to them men hoping to traffic her. Once they manage to escape Ellieâs life changes in ways she never knew existed. She has worked hard trying to create a life for her and her late brothers daughter Hope, she is her daughter and sheâd die to protect her. She finds herself living in Jaxâs house and having a family who for the first time really do love and care for her and Hope. She wasnât looking for love and never expected to feel it but it came looking for her.Jax Mayson is a perfect hero, he took one look at Ellie and was lost forever, then Hope stole his heart again. He knew of the Mayson curse but never fully believed it until Ellie and Hope fell into his life and made him complete. There is nothing he wonât do to keep her now that heâs found his âBOOMâ. But he knows there is still someone out there looking for Ellie and there is nothing he wonât do to protect her but will he see the danger before it takes away his happiness?I love the insights into the other Mayson families as we go along but I was totally in love with this book from start to finish. Ellie is totally selfless and Jax is the perfect alpha male. Could never get bored with this series.

I loved it, confusing start but another amazing book!
I really enjoyed this book and I loved the characters and the whole world that is the 'Until' world (can I be a part of it?!) and the fact that I share the same name as Ellie (that means Jax is mine right?).The only issue I had was the beginning, it seemed completely random until about 20ish% of the way through when the kidnapping was mentioned (Lightbulb moment) and then you remember what happened in Until July. I would highly recommend reading Until July immediately before Until Jax because not much explanation or recap is given. Now on to the good stuff! JAX OH DEAR LORD! He lives up to the reputation of his Dad and uncles. Can I get one of him? He might becoming one of my favourite book boyfriends, he's an alpha sweetheart and one you will not forget in a hurry! I really liked and could relate to Ellie (not just because of the names!) but because she wasn't a whiny damsel in distress, oh no she was strong and and pretty amazing.I do wish it was longer because I don't want to be done with Jax and Ellie!!

I love the #BOOM
I LOVE THE #BOOMI love Aurora she is my fave author...Until Jax is book 1 in the Until Him series its a spin off from the Until series.. there are two spin off series from Aurora Until Him and Until Her,, where we meet the Children of the Couples we met in the original Until series...In the original Until series we meet the sexy Mayson brothers,, they have a family legend called the Boom!!! .. When they meet the "ONE", the girl they will fall madly in love with and spend forever with they know instantly..they all thought their farther was making up story's and that the boom was just a tale,,, until each brother starts finding their "Boom".We first meet Jax when he is a little boy in Until Lily, that book is about Cash and Lily Jax's dad and step mam..Until Jax starts exactly where Until July (book 1 in the Until Her series) finished.. you can read Jax as a standalone but to understand every detail of the book I recommend it best to read Until July first ..Jax meets Ellie in Until July after he rescues her and July after they are kidnapped.. as soon as he sets eyes on her he is attracted to her and has really strong feelings for her instantly,,, he is starting to believe that the Boom is real and not just a tale..Jax is definitely a Mayson boy he is sexy, protective, bossy, alpha, he loves and protects those fiercely and with everything he has. like all the Mayson men he would kill for his family, he loves Ellie and Hope and would die to keep them safe and protected..Ellie is a real sweat heart, she adopted her neice Hope when her brother and his wife die in a tragic accident when Hope is just a baby,, she has no family to rely on, so she work really hard to support Hope and give her a good life that she deserves, Ellie has had a awful life she lost her loving brother and her mam is a evil woman, so when Jax and his family show Ellie love she is so overwhelmed because she just isn't used to anyone loving her. Ellie is a awesome mam to Hope and she is just a all round lovely girl.Jax lets Ellie and Hope move in with him so she can start afresh and build herself a new life away from her mam and the danger that waits for her back home..They have an attraction to each other from the start and Jax is persistent in his pursuit to win Ellie over, the longer they are together to harder her falls for Ellie and Hope. Ellie is slowly warming up to Jax and allowing herself to be loved by the wonderful Mayson family but is taking time to get used to his alpha, bossy ways.I loved how Jax is with Hope, it was total swoon worthy, he takes her in with Ellie and loved her as his own daughter, Jax is a real badass but can be adorable and sweet,, Hope has him wrapped around her little finger.. its sooo cute and would do everything and anything for her...Their journey to forever is full of sexual tension, lots of twists and turns, a really gripping story.. I was hooked from page one.. Until Jax was another exceptional read by the very talented Aurora ..I am a HUGE fan of the #BOOM... I love the insta love that happens in these books....When the Mayson men go in their all in ...I cant wait to read more from the Until Her and Until Him series ..... OH ITS GOING TO BE ANOTHER AMAZING SERIES..Up next we have Until June (book 2 in the Until Her series)Yet another explosive read by my all time fave author

The ultimate boom series
Ohhhhhhh my God, reading this once wasn't enough, neither was twice. Three times was pretty perfect though (with a mental reminder to read it for the forth time this weekend coz well, it's jax for goodness sake).Ellie was sold to basically sex traffickers by her mother, and that's where she met July in Julys book, and where they escaped together and she encountered Jax who instantly recognises his boom and refuses to leave her at the hospital. His mom Lilly persuades her to stay with Jax for her and her daughters safety until all of the people involved with the sex traffickers are caught. Ellie has custody of her brother's daughter and now counts her as her own (quite rightly) as her parents died just after she was born.Jax being a Mayson, ie awesome, takes on Hope and instantly loves her too and spoils her rotten, whilst him and his family help Ellie set up a life of her own including a job at the hair salon, a car......you name it. I found the moment where Jax introduces Hope to chocolate pancakes absolutely adorable. You know those moments where something strikes you as so beautiful that your tummy turns a so much that you feel almost sick? But in a good way obviously........reading that and looking at how it was worded was one of those moments for me and made Jax my favorite Mayson so far (Sorry Nico and Asher đ).Obviously, as with all of the Until and Underground Kings books, there is intrigue, drama, OHS moments (oh holy s***), pure romance, alpha male, females who won't get the hint..........I won't go on, but it's all in there, but this book packed a punch for me and made it my favorite Until book so far and put him on par with my favorite written ARR alpha To date, Kai (I say written coz my most longed for book has been Sven from book 1 to date). There's a huge plot line and many messages throughout the book that hit home with me- sex trafficking and Jax having the love of a mother who isn't genetically his, but that doesn't make one bit of difference to him being the main ones.Their love story was believable as were his feelings for little Hope, which came naturally to him. ARR discreetly managed to show his love and the depth of his relationship with Lilly too which I thought added beauty to this book. It wasn't an in your face I love my mom even though y'all know she isn't mine, no it really was discreet and proven through his actions and both of their words thus making it believable. He did blow me out the water when he hunted his mom down as having dealt with her in Cash and Lilly's book I would have thought that he'd never want to acknowledge her existence again, and hearing him ask her questions and then her actions during one of the OHS moments which led to an ultimate and unexpected OHS moment had me sitting there mouth wide open (tres attractive I assure you). Having hated her so much since Until Lilly and what she put everyone through, and then for her to give the ultimate sacrifice for Jax......I never saw that coming and, although I still hated her, I hurt badly for Jax and may have softened towards her a wee bit.We also got more involved with the rest of the Mayson clan and had the introductions to Sage and June's books (as well as a teaser for June's book at the end) and even though each book takes on a new direction, I never expect ARR to take the directions she chooses for the books and Sages totally blew me out the water. I felt a bit awkward for some reason over reading about kids we've known basically since they were conceived, but that was erased 2 chapters in and instead it added beauty to the book for me.I've seen reviews saying that the books became predictable after Trevor/Lilly, but I disagree. If you read them carefully yes there is a theme that they stick to (every romance book sticks to that theme though I won't hesitate to point out), but there's also different problems, different hurdles, different messages. Yes they have romance, a hurdle to jump over between them and the boom factors, but there are different external problems and situations that actually affect people in real life or have caused a further divide between the characters, and each book on its own is beautiful, but together......boom! Then adding in the Underground Kings, which hold even bigger dramatic storylines if you can believe it, and that also hold messages (especially Kai's book) to readers, yet that tie back in with the Until books, then adding on the continuation of the Until series with the Junior Maysons......(deep breath coz that was a lot of adding and building there).......you don't just have a book based on boom, you have a boom series- My favorite series ever written coz each book adds more to its predecessor and its successor adds more onto that, so that you don't have a series that ends after the first generation, you have a series that intertwines with each other and gives you a 4D series I guess you could call it. It's a boom series coz you fall unequivocally in love with it, can read it over and over again without getting bored, the books don't just end for the couples after you finish reading them coz they're always built upon in other books too and they're unforgettable just like the Mayson boom.So would i recommend it? Uh yeah and I'd also ask you why you haven't read it yet and looked at you like a crazy person, coz reading the Until series as well as the Underground Kings series is as vital as breathing. If you read then it's a must! Now I just have to continue sitting on my hands so that I don't bite my nails up to my elbows in frustration whilst I wait for my man Sven. Since book one he's been the one I've wanted to read about the most (as I've pointed out in every review) and sorry to say but I've claimed him, Sven is mine!

Yummy.....Jax Mayson!!
I think I'm dead!!!My favourite of all the Mayson men is Cash but my god Jax has come in a very close second he's just as alpha has his dad and his uncle but he has such a big heart. I loved Hope and Ellie too...Hope was just so sweet and like any little girl wrapping her daddy round her little finger is a must and jax was wrapped tight lol.I love Aurora Rose Reynolds does her epilogues way in to the future you get more of a glimpse in to their lives!!! As much as love the original Mayson men I'm really enjoying these spinoffs they're so good, I like how the lads are like their dad's but the girls are feisty just like their mom's. I'm really looking.forward to seeing if Ms Reynolds writes a book for Ashlyn....fingers crossed!!!Definitely another 5 star read for me I love this author...Definitely one of my go to authors. This is a MUST READ if you love an alpha man!!!!
