My Primo water dispenser kept freezing up and wouldn’t dispense any water. Watched a video on YouTube and saw this part might fix my issue. Bought this thermostat to replace the original one and now I’m enjoying ice cold water again!

Worked perfectly to fix my Avalon A14 which stopped dispensing water because water bucket kept becoming frozen due to the temp sensor not working. Ended up an overall easy fix. A video I watched showed how to twist and tape the existing wire but I was able to easily shave a little plastic off the connector to plug normally into the port on the circuit board. I even placed the sensor in a better spot by the pan/bucket to allow my water to get even colder before shutting off the refrigerant.

I bought this to repair a Primo water dispenser which was freezing up. Price was right. Now works great. Note the connector does not exactly match so you will need to do some soldering.

Purchased this sensor to repair my water cooler however I had to do some modifications on the end that plugged into the circuit board because it did not fit The minification was to splice the wires of the new sensor to the original wires plugged into the circuit board. Before the cooler would not dispense any water when the button was pushed, but now everything works just fine.

Works on my primo water cooler. Model # 601332. I had to remove two screws to the top off. Take off the metal electrical box mounted by two screws from the back. Cut the zipties that bundled up the slack of the wires going into that box so I could pull it away from where the sensor is. Then I just had to cut the tape holding the styrofoam around the tank together and pull it apart enough to get to the sensor. Mine was on the bottom left side of the water tank if you're looking at the unit from the front. The sensor pulled right out. It is just set inside of a little space for it to sit it. All I did was butt splice the wires from the old sensor to the new one together. It doesn't matter which one to which. I popped it back into its little hole and put everything back together. The original sensor had a white paste on it. I did not apply anything to the new one. Cheap easy fix that works great so far.
