easy to use , worked great !!

This is compact but very bright and accurate. I have had an issue with it switching between horizontal and vertical and combo. I’m not sure if the button is stuck or if it’s malfunctioning but it’s working with the vertical axis as of now.

I purchased this to help hang pictures, mirrors, etc. I thought you could place this on a surface across the room and a couple of feet lower than where you needed to nail hangers in the wall but you can't do that. This level needs to be at the same height as that which you want to install hangers in the drywall. So, if you want to hang a picture at 5 or 6' you have to set the laser level on a flat, level surface 5 or 6' feet across the room.You can't set it on a flat level surface a foot or two below the height you want to hang a picture and lean it back to project upward across the room, even in the self leveling mode.My work around was to nail in one wall hanger and then place the laser lever on the wall directly next to that hanger to project a level line to nail in the other hanger some distance from the first one. Obviously you need to use both hands to do this but it worked for me because I only needed 2 hangers and they always only needed to be no more than a foot apart.

Legs are a little wobbly

If you read the description it is accurate. I thought it was a small tripod but it is flexible legs you can wrap around stuff. I would suggest buying a tripod as well for better use. Light is bright. Great for tile jobs, hanging pictures and all kinds of things. We use it for bathroom/kitchen remodels and it does its job.

Worked well in the beginning, but couldn’t get through one project before it malfunctioned. It has a level on top that beeps when it’s not level. It won’t stop beeping now even though it is level.

This level is amazing. I was originally looking at the Ryobi laser level but decided on this one. After using it the first time, I'm super happy with this purchase. The laser is super bright, and the cross section is perfect.

Loved the laser for the price the tripod is too short so it's useless when you need to use the laser for high areas to hang frames etc. You need to buy a separate long tripod
