Quality, shipping speed, ease of installation.
Great product and manufacturer. The gears specs and setup were very easy and precise. Following the mfg prompts achieved the perfect tolerances. I did sand off the coating on the bearing surfaces of the pinion which where .001-.002 over the I.d. bearing race. The shipping was incredibly fast (2) days. And the price was excellent.

gears not aligning just right
I have installed the gears and have adjusted the backlash to .008 (I have taken it apart and re-assembled it several times to get it adjusted in there just right). When I turn the gears by hand I can spin the big gear 7/8 of the way and then it is hard to turn the other 1/8 of the way. Would it only bind in one spot (1/8 of the big gear) if it were still misaligned? It is really smooth up until that point and then they just get close and touch. I am thinking this is a manufacturing flaw. I did by them almost a year ago so they are non returnable now. I had some personal things come up and was not able to install it right away. Is there anything you can do to help me?

Quality parts for a very fair price
Using the complete bearing kit that I ordered along with the gears, the install was pretty straight forward. After about 4 mock ups, the gears went in fine. Even though I put a few hundred miles on the clock before towing, the temps got pretty high. I would say that before towing you should put over 500 miles on the odometer before towing. All is good now though. Temps 160 with 100 plus temps outside.

Very quick shipping.
Part fit perfectly, so far so good went from 4.56 gears to 3.73 on a 3 series posi case. Eliminated the spacer between the ring gear and the case and the new bolts fit perfectly.1970 Chevelle.
