Not what I was looking for but probably good for you
Because I was going to be spending several weeks in a place where I could not heat water to make my early morning tea, I was looking for a product that could be swallowed with cold water and would have the same effects as a cup of tea. Dr. William's tea extracts were not that kind of thing. The pill seemed much harsher than tea (green or black), resulted in a stomach ache, and did not arouse my system the way gentle tea does. I've liked other Dr. Williams products however; so if you're looking for tea extracts as medicine and have good digestion, this might be just the thing for you.
