Item came with defective seam on 1 causing tiny pellets to leak .Very dissapointed

Good with a minor issues
I like these wrist weights but wish they came with a higher weight since, after a few weeks, they aren't heavy enough to make a difference. The style of the weights is fantastic. However, I wish they were a little tighter because they slip up and down my arm and do not stay in place.

Perfect!
I've been using these almost daily for several months now, so felt that I should write a review for them. I absolutely LOVE them. I bought the 2 pounds each and hold them in my hands (not on my wrists) while doing cardio (Leslie Sansone). They add the perfect amount of extra intensity. I find them very comfortable to hold.
