Great feeding station and the curves make it difficult for pigeons to balance on them , makes the seed last longer

Unfortunately the product arrived with the bolt on one of the ring that holds the trays totally jammed so it couldn't go on the pole. The water tray was also broken and cant be used. It is also very top heavy which meant that, even though I bought an extra ground spike, there is no hope of it staying in the ground. The joins don't feel that secure either. I was really excited about putting this up but after a battle on Saturday it is currently sitting on my garage floor.

The shape is very nice. I put it together easily, and I am almost 77 years old.

Bought as a present but cannot be used as the feeder will NOT stand - it is totally top-heavy and just collapses. Seller refused to refund as I advised the issue a couple of days after the return day cut-off. The seller also stated that he has not had any other complaints as to this issue. Unfortunately, bought as a birthday present for my elderly mother and by the time she was able to get her gardener to put it up for her, it was too late. However, this should not matter, under the Sale of Goods Act a product must be 'fit for purpose' and this is not. Also, when it arrived the box was badly damaged and had not been packed with any other protection. The box had also been opened and taped shut again. Advised seller straight away and was told that all items are sent out new and no returned items are ever sent to customers. I am now thinking that I am not the first customer to find the bird feeder faulty and this item had most likely already been returned by someone else for the same reason. AVOID this item if you want to avoid disappointment. Poor customer experience!!!
