Viksee 6.5ft(78"-79") Soft Roll Up Tonneau Cover for 2004-2014/2006-2008 Mark LT Styleside Bed Top On Style(Not fit Track System or Roll Bar)

On June 29th I bought this cover. I decided to remove my hardtop and replace it with a rollup, for more practical use. This product had some decent reviews and ratings for the price. I figured I would give it 2 weeks of me working with it to get it to fit before I would leave a review. A friend of mine with thee same year and model truck bought one and also has the same issues as I did.1) The cover does NOT fit a 2008 F150 with a 6.5ft bed. While it IS the "proper" measurements, it doesn't lay nicely, or fully on the bed. I even pulled my liner out and had it sit on the bare metal rails. Its always a little to short and never lines up nicely. The left and right spacing on the unit doesn't fit either. Even with the side rails barely locked into the back brace, the Velcro still will not line up and keep the cover down snugly. You can not lock both sides in at the same. Its one or the other. Its like the rails were not made to spec.2) Build quality is cheap. Now, the cover itself is not bad. The material seems durable, and has a nice textured finish. The rails, are garbage. Cheap plastic, cheap stick on foam that melts. The pull string to release the pins that holds the cover down is chinsy metal cord that sags and is in the way. The mounting claps are standard rail clamps, 5 out of the 6 of them were nice, though the last one, was cross threaded.3) Customer service is pretty shameful. They want me to pay 60$ for shipping, so they can send me another one. After the experience I have had, I should NOT have to pay for them to take this scrap metal off my hands. They said I have to take all these pictures before I am even approved to pay to send it back. This is the WORST customer service I have ever had with any vendor on amazon.My friend threw his out and bought a  Truxedo TruXport Roll-up Truck Bed Cover 297601 09-14 Ford F-150 5'6" Bed  (From Truxedo directly) and let me put it on my Truck and it fits PERFECTLY. The quality difference is night and day. Save yourself from having to deal with a bad product, and bad customer service. Look at other products

I would highly recommend this product and company to any looking for a tonneau cover for thier truck. I had a part break, and they were quick to respond and send out warranted parts. It was an eaasy fix and I am very satisfied with the prompt service and repair that I received.

Does not keep all water out but looks sleek
