Q: Could I wash these liners if I wanted to without them falling apart? Do they have a sticker on them to stick to shoe?

I don't think so. They are thin and paper like and would probably fall apart if submerged in water. They do have adhesive on the bottom and stick well to the inside of a shoe.

Q: How thick are they in mm? or in inches

These are very thin. Only can be used as a replacement for the original material that comes with a shoe. They do not have any cushioning properties.
