Since purchasing the JBL headphones I’ve completely enjoyed using them. There functionality and ease of use is top notch. The wireless headphones stay charged for a very long duration. There are a little pricey but worth the money. They fit well in my ears. However, after a few hours, the extra rubber piece that gives it a better hold to the ear, starts to cause pain. So I’m not able to wear and use them for a long time period. I’ve been impressed with the design until recently. A piece that covers the plastic ear tip has come out. Which has made it collect dust down inside the earbud. They are very hard to clean once the ear rubber size is taken off, especially if there is dust or a little bit of ear wax.I would still recommend and buy again. Hoping the construction and pieces are more durable.

In the past I've had trouble with ear buds but these have been working OK. As per the directions I hold the top of one ear with one hand and pull up, then screw in the ear bud. It's a similar approach for the other ear. I like using them to listen to audio books while I am doing other tasks.

These are great because they stay in my ears almost perfectly compared to other major brands and my earlier non-locking JBLs. I wanted waterproof so I could listen to my books or music in the shower as I got ready in the morning, but I have to remember to change the tapping settings (pause, skip, volume, Siri, etc) to off before or else EVERY water drop will cause it to do something. ANYTHING that brushes the side of the device while wearing it causes it to do something, usually pausing it for me, but if it brushes back AND forth, it may skip ahead. It’s just annoying. Whatever. Still better than most because I have the OPTION of using in water. And it still works after without sounding wonky (if your ears are dry; putting them INTO wet ears make them slippery and sound weird out of shower).I am buying another set because I lost one of them rushing upstairs to wake up my kids for a tornado siren (false alarm). Since they are fairly cheap, I don’t even mind just replacing it. The lost feature is pretty worthless-if it’s dead (or out of range?), it will tell you it can’t be found, not last known location or last time used…Nothing helpful. I had to wait until after work to look, and it must have been drained by then.It charges quick; but it’s annoying when it keeps beeping (or speaking: battery low) to remind me. I wish I could limit reminders so it would just stop playing after a warning. I like falling asleep to a book and the beep or voice prompt abruptly wakes me up/stops that process unnecessarily.

Awesome deal on a great pair of ear buds JBL is the gold standard of sound and these perform well beyond what was expected. I highly recommend these for anyone who is active and seeking a solid performer. Seller also sent package in a very timely manner and the price can't be beat for the quality. These also paired with my Lenovo Laptop with Windows 11 with no problems. The JBL app is a breeze to use with all controls available at your finger tips. I highly recommend these for superior sound and bang for your buck.

I have been using these headphone daily for several months.Pros:-Pretty good sound quality for the price. If you use an app you can control the EQ which allows these earbuds to be fairly flexible in their range without breaking the bank.-The battery life is much longer than some similar earbuds.-Unlike Raycons the earbuds do not heat up uncomfortably the longer you use them.-I find them pretty comfortable and prefer the twistlock design to standard buds or the types that hook over the back of your ear.-I have gotten sand and dirt on them and washed it off easily without damaging as advertised.Cons:-There are no physical buttons, so you can't power on using the buds (you have to put it in the case and take it back out). *EDIT* After almost a year of use, I can say with certainty this is a dealbreaker. The hoops you have to jump through to turn these off/on, pair, etc are a huge waste of time and pain in the ass. I can't tell you how many times I have been trying to start a workout or activity and spent 15 minutes troubleshooting instead. Can't stress this enough, EVEN IF THE BUDS ARE FULLY CHARGED you cannot turn them off and on if the case is not charged.-The touch-sensitive controls are clunky and impractical at best. Touch commands often do not register if you don't touch the bud juuuust right, and it takes a second for the command to go through. *edit after longer use* this is also a huge dealbreaker. It's impossible to rely on these touch controls. I can't reliably pause or pick up incoming calls, let alone using double-tap to skip or hold for voice commands, etc.-The find feature doesn't work if the buds are off, which is the case 99% of the time you need to find one.-The microphone quality isn't great. If you spend a lot of time on calls, these might not be for you. They pick up background sounds and white noise. This also means the Ambient Aware function comes with a LOT of background noise. Ambient Aware is a key reason I chose to buy these headphones, but now I rarely use that feature because the white noise is loud enough to distract from audio yet voices and other background sounds I'm trying to be aware of barely come through.-The case doesn't have anywhere to attach a keychain.-Calling these "waterproof" is maybe a little misleading; they are IP67 so you can submerge them for a short period of time without damaging them but they are not made for swimming and shouldn't be submerged for long.-The two buds sometimes get de-synced, or one of them drops in and out (once or twice per 2-4 hours of use). Usually it corrects itself after about 10-30 seconds but it can be super annoying and even disorienting when they are suddenly playing desynced stereo.Overall: if you are regularly exposing your headphones to mud/sand/dirt these might be a good option. Otherwise, I would go for ones with a physical button and a better microphone. *edit after longer use* I can't recommend buying these under any circumstances, and am updating my review to 1 star. Super disappointing. At one point I lost these for a few weeks and was actually kinda disappointed when I found them and no longer had an excuse to buy something else.

Took a little to get use to a little bigger than what I was using but the sound is great
