Regal Crown Roll Sour Cherry 12/24 Ct

These are great. I give them to my kids after yucky medicine. They taste great 👍.

I am pleasantly surprised by this candy. It's good, and just right for what I wanted: to help fight dry mouth. While they're not as sour as I might want, they also are not too sour for anyone wanting just a little kick with their candy...these fit the bill for that. I will be purchasing again, not being sour to the level that I'd want is not a deal breaker...this is good candy, and perfect to drop in your purse or car console, or even your pocket for when you need a little something to tide you over. Try them, I don't think anyone will be disappointed with them and this 3-roll pack is the perfect way to sample them. They take me back to childhood and make me think of sour balls. Enjoy!

Good candy , just like the old days !

Many years ago my father and I got hooked on these things. So this year for Father's Day I decided to try a roll in his memory. Unfortunately it was not what I remembered. For one thing they're smaller, which doesn't surprise me. The size of everything has shrunk. And while they are nice and sour as I would hope, the cherry flavor is different. It's that kind of flat, artificial cherry flavor that you get in cheap candies. The color is even different, it's a paler red, not that deep red I remember. So while I did enjoy them it's nothing like the enjoyment I used to get from them back in the day. (We're talking the early 1960s here.) I know I should have expected change and in fact I accepted that there would be, but I didn't figure on how much it would bother me. I've seen a number of reviews of these candies that talk about how nothing's changed, and I can only assume that these folks were late to the party and started consuming them after the substantial changes I've noted occurred. So if you're an old timer like me you're probably going to be disappointed. But they're still not bad. They just ain't what they used to be. *G*

These bring back fond memories of childhood family roadtrips & was surprised to find these on Amazon! Taste & flavor as good as I remember.
