Complete Cannoli Cookbook: All the Recipes You Need to Make Amazing, Creative Cannoli

I had high hopes for this book after I downloaded and read a sample but when I received the book, I found that every cannoli filling recipe and every instruction on every page of the 20 filling recipe pages are identical, except for the one ingredient that would alter the taste. For this I feel calling the book "Complete Cannoli Cookbook, All The Recipes You Need to Make Amazing, Creative Cannoli" is misleading. I gave the book two stars however because the nine cannoli shell recipes are not repetitive like the filling recipes are, and each one seems unique. So if you're looking for a shell recipes this book might suffice, but if you're looking for filling recipes, just google it instead.

The cannoli filling recipes are runny, at no fault of my own. There is something seriously wrong with the ingredients or lack of. There's something missing.Would not recommend buying.
