VOlume knob issue. Otherwise happy. Will repair locally
Highs not so pronounced as bigger models. Volume knob was noisy. Will give to workshop to put wd 40 or change the knob altogether.

Extremely poor customer service for Alto in India.
The speaker stopped working in two months. When i contacted the Alto company, they informed me that it would be replaced as they don't have service in India and asked me to contact the seller. When i spoke to the seller "Electronic Emporioum" , they said replacement is not possible and service will be provided and repaired under warranty and asked me to contact Trimac Products in Delhi for service. When i spoke to them, they informed service center is in Chennai and asked me to send the product there. Till here everything is smooth, but after sending the product to service center which costed me 1500 rupees for the courier charge from my place to Chennai. They kept delaying for 3 months to repair it. Honestly at a point we almost lost hope that they would return the product. Whenever we tried calling, they say it would be done by the end of that week, but looks like it would never happen. Finally we got our product back in working condition after 3 months. This is extremely disappointing. I wouldn't recommend anyone to purchase any Alto product as service is horrible.
