Only one plug will provide power, the other one is data only

Q: is there an indicator of which side you should use to suplement the power?

The plug with the blue insert is the data+power plug. The other plug is the power only plug.

Q: Could i use this to hear audio in my usb headset through my pc and ps4?

Sadly no, I bought these for the same reason but turns out one is for ‘data & charge’ and the other one is only for charging. I don’t think they make them, but I could be wrong.
