Good But Not Great Electronic Flash
The GODOX ThinkLite TT350N electronic flash for Nikon cameras is good but not great. On the good side, it appears to be well made, recharges quickly, comes with a snap-on white diffuser, wide and catchlight panels, mini stand, and carrying case. It is small in size and lightweight so one is more likely to carry it with them when traveling or keep it mounted on the camera compared to larger, heavier units. It also supports Nikon’s i-TTL flash mode, has both TTL and Manual modes, high-speed and second-curtain synch, and has a built-in 2.4 GHz wireless remote system. On the not-so-great side, it is a weak flash with a GN of only 36 at ISO 100 @ 105mm. It is better than the built-in pop-up flash on a Nikon camera because of its ability to tilt (-7 to 90 degrees) and rotate (270 degrees) and be located off camera. The low GN is a significant limitation. My disappointments are that it does not come with a flash-to-subject distance scale built in so one cannot determine how far one needs to have the flash away from the subject for a given aperture or shutter speed for proper flash exposures, and I have been unable to get it to communicate with my Nikon D7500 when the flash is located off camera in spite of trying all of the combinations of radio transmission and wireless settings on the flash and the camera. I suspect one needs the Nikon Wireless Remote Commander (a $339 add-on option) in order to take advantage of the GODOX 2.4 GHz wireless remote features. In summary, if you are looking for something better than the built-in flash on your Nikon camera at a low price that you intend to use mounted atop your camera’s hotshoe to take some indoor photos in low light, to light up a near subject for some macro photography, or eliminate facial shadows or ‘raccoon eyes’ in some portrait photos, you should be fine. If, on the other hand, you want to be more creative with your flash, want to know how far away from your subject you need to be for a correct flash exposure, need to light up a bigger area or room, work at a greater distance with flash, etc., I would recommend that you consider getting a bigger and better electronic flash for your camera.

Great flash for mirrorless cameras
Bought a Nikon Z mirrorless camera but didn’t want to bulk it up with my old DSLR designed flash. This unit fits proportionaly and has good power and great features. Mirrorless owners, this is the flash you want.

Godox is now my standard flash
Great little flash. Love the built in radio trigger ability. Does what it says. Not as powerful as a full size and eats batteries at full power. But for a fill or backlight they work great

Awesome flash
Very small and light for the fire power, nails exposure every time, only takes 2 AA batteries and works with radio Trigger system. What more do you want
