Received one bent, Replacement was perfect and arrived next day.
I ordered one and it came bent in the shipping. The finish is nice but I didnt want to bang it out so I will return it. They shipped a replacement and it arrived next day perfect condition for that Ill give 5stars. Good on the seller.

Cute, but wasn’t packed well.
Item was okay. Cute in theory. Wasn’t packed with any padding and came in a bag. Corner was bent from shipping. Picture quality is a little blurry, but it wasn’t worth returning. Overall it will work as intended for the gift, but packaging could be better and print a bit clearer. Shipping time was a bit slow so if you need it quickly check estimated delivery times.

Beautiful but shipping could have had more care
The sign was perfect, in shipping it was bent not much but you can tell. I’m not blaming seller I know it was shipping and I’m very capable of fixing it. Perhaps an envelope wasn’t the best idea for a metal sign

Great product, poor packaging
The product was exactly as described, but the product packaging allowed it to get a little dented in transit. If it wasn't a gift for a friend I wouldn't be concerned about this, but it was mildly annoying.
