The Best There Is
Expensive yes, but I've run 9,10,11 and 12 speed drivetrains with the corresponding Connex quick links and never had one fail even after many thousands of miles and multiple chains. I've used them on Wipperman, Shimano, KMC and Campagnolo chains--no problems at all, ever. Assembly and disassembly does not require tools. which means carrying a spare is practical (except you might end up loaning it out and never seeing it again) I'm currently using the 12 speed Connex on my Campy Chorus equipped road bike. It's way better than the costly single use Campy C-Link and don't get me started on their peened master link system. I just wish Wipperman would hurry up and come out with a 13 speed version!

Simple is Best.
This is an engineering marvel. The simple solutions are always the best. No more struggle to lock a quick link in. You actually can do it tool less . I wax the chain, and do it for numerous friends. I wonโt do it unless they get a quick link. Fits my Campagnolo chain and my SRAM Flatop.

King of the Quick Links
I've used Wipperman Connexes for years. It took a while for them to come out with the 12 speed version - well worth the wait. I'm using it on a SRAM flattop chain and it works flawlessly. Highly recommend this quick link!

You need this if you wax your chains
Absolutely love this link. I wax my chain pretty often and was spending alot of money on shimano one use quick links. Have taken it off and put back on over 30 times since purchasing. Shows no sign of needing replacement. So easy to use, I'll never go back to normal quick links......ever.

Works with Shimano 12-speed chains down to a 10t sprocket, without skipping under power.
I have seen questions about compatibility online; wanted to put them to rest. The issues some report most likely come from incorrect installation. Take care to orient it correctly (the stamped number will be upright when on the chain below the chainstay). As everyone else has said - good quality, easy to use, works as described; expensive but worth it. A must for anyone hot-waxing.

This is a must if you frequently change chains.
I bought this because I'm running two sets of wheels with different cassette sizes, so I have to change chains every time I change wheels. I didn't want to spend $4 on a disposable SRAM Power Link every time I went from Gravel to Road and vice-versa. I've got ~500 miles on the link between my two chains, and I wish I could say something clever in this review about how I notice the link every time I ride, but the awesome thing is that I can't. I literally only notice this link when I'm changing chains, and that's how it should be. Connecting and disconnecting is simple. You don't need master link pliers, fine tipped needle nose pliers, or anything else. Just push the chain together so you have a 90-degree bend on either side of the link, and it slips right off. Reverse the process to put it back on. Your regular chain tension keeps it secure, even if you drop a chain while shifting. Yes, it's expensive. But it paid for itself after my 5th or 6th wheel swap, so I'm already ahead on this deal.

Overpriced product and no resolution for breakage
This link only lasted for 4 months before one of the pins broke off. Regularly waxed. Attempted product support through Amazon only gives me options to troubleshoot it. Unfortunately none of the options show me how to reattach a pin, because that's not really a thing. Save your money and buy other quick links and an $8 quick link tool.

Expensive... but worth it.
These quick links are fantastic... I've used them for 10 speed, 11 speed and now 12 speed chains. In my opinion, these are a must for those who do immersive waxing for their chains. They do not need tools to remove and reinstall, and they can be used over and over... unlike most quick links, which are supposed to be tossed after one use. Besides using them as my primary master link, I carry a spare in my tool bag, in case I break a chain. Since these do not require tools, you do not need to carry master link pliers to use, if you were to break a chain. I've yet to wear one out... they are super long lasting as well.
