Lighter bands snap quickly
The lighter bands snapped pretty quick but the thicker bands held up great throughout a workout

Each band comes in case and its own sleeve to prevent sticking together. The carrying bag is more than adequate. The bands can afford a good workout if used to correctly. They arrived in a timely manner , and as advertised. No odor at all. I am a happy camper with this purchase.

Rolls down
Rolls up and doesn't stay in place. But it does apply resistance. I'd prefer a sturdier band that i dont have to keep adjusting when it rolls up or down.

Good quality bands can't beat the price!
These resistant bands are like the ones you would get at physical therapy but a little bit thicker quality. They do not have the fabric backing on it but they are good quality.
