Works Pefectly, no more makeup absorbed by sponge
I read about silicone sponges and decided to order some to try. They work perfectly! I hated that with other sponges so much of the makeup is absorbed by the sponge, but not with these. It applies smoothly and there is just a small film of foundation left on the sponge with you can easily wash or wipe off. It's like getting a brand new, clean sponge every time you go to use them. Nice product!

Not a good applicatior
I bought these in hopes of getting away from using sponges for sanitation and environmental concerns. I was also excited about the idea of saving product because they eliminate the soak in you get with sponge beauty blenders. To be completely honest these suck. No matter how long you spend beating your face you will not get an even application of foundation. Oh and FORGET contouring. These very quickly feel greasy and give you absolutely no control over your product. Sorry girl, don't wast your money.

An idiots review- Real mum, real life, real review
So, after reading EVERY single review I was hesitant. I bought these to try, after all the price is worth a try. I received two silicone sponges, as the ad mentioned, one in pink and one in clear. Both came, and with amazon prime they were delivered on time.I used the clear one first, not that colour would matter but I will be as thorough as I can, and began to blend as a normal makeup blending sponge. My first response was OMG what the hell am I doing! The amount of foundation I usually use to do one third of my face now not only covered my entire face, but down my neck and probably would have covered down to my toes if I had tried. So after wiping off $30 dollars of my expensive foundation, I looked ok. Off to google you tube on how to use this thing properly.Day 2, I decided to use pink, because why not, and I was confident as I grasped my new beauty supply empowered by you tube's lessons. Seriously much better. I used the right amount (very very little) and it looked great.Day 3, Im using the clear again, and after putting my make up on easily without any problems; I even noticed my makeup artist at my local salon was correct!!!! Due to the nature of these products, your pores will actually appear smaller. It is the way it applies and blends that gives this effect.Summarizing: D not think this is a normal sponge, it will not absorb your foundation (yes one of the reviews on here complained about that-hello its silicone). Yes the sponge will "ripple" because it is silicone, and you will love those ripples when you hold the bloody thing correctly as it helps you grip the silicone better. Blending does take a different approach with silicone than with a sponge, and before you say "well I dont want to learn a new technique" think about that statement, did you learn how to get dressed? Did it benefit you? Then please just try learning how to apply correctly, you will be amazed and surprised the difference you feel and you may even fall in love as I have. Also remember a little goes a LOOOOOOONG way, so start with the smallest bit first and work it into your face.I am very happy, and I have thrown out my nasty sponges that require a lot of delicate cleaning and drying, these I rinse and set out...daily cleaned means a cleaner face for me!

Hyped up product but still good
Im not finding this is as cool as everyone says it is. The product itself is good. My only complaint is the seam that is a bit sharp when i run it by my eye. But it does basically the same as beauty blender does. The spongy beauty blender though seems to blend better. This just kind of smears it around. Give it a try...you may like it better than me. Definitely a good price to try it out!

Saves almost every bit of your foundation.
The package comes with two silicone makeup applicators, one clear and one pink, each one comes inside a plastic little ziplock-type bag. As weird as it is the first time you use it, you use 99.99% of your foundation. It is an acquired taste, so if you use it regurlarly the application becomes easier, also, is super easy to clean. To be honest, it'll never be the same as using a beauty blender, so keep that in mind. I use the silicone "sponge" first to apply the foundation, let it dry a bit, and then I even it out with a damp beauty blender. The finish is amazing.

Great product
Ive never used a silicone makeup sponge, however, i like it! It spreads my foundation evenly and smoothly and because its not a sponge, i am able to use less product because it doesn't absorb into sponge. Its also very easy to clean. Just run under water. The sponges are thick but thats not bad. I like that they are sponges but not "spongy" meaning i use less product with those also and my makeup sets even better than my other sponges i had. I even threw my old ones away!

Cheap, but gets most of the job done
The edges of this leave much desired. There is a thin lip of silicone around the edges that will mark into the product on your face. Good enough for big work, like foundation or BB cream all over, but not for more precise things like concealer. Spend a few more dollars and get one that is more rounded and less flat.

You've got to be kidding me.
These CANNOT actually be for applying foundation. Are you serious?! I bought these because I've been seeing them all over social media as the hot new thing, but for real... I was a makeup artist for years and these are good for nothing. My foundation just sat on my skin. I couldn't blend or hardly even spread the foundation out evenly on my face. Just made a huge mess. So ladies (and gentlemen), do yourself a favor and stick with the beauty blender, a foundation brush, or your fingers. An actual turd could spread foundation on my face better than this garbage. Booooooo!!
