Can I use this on a newborn? I am planning on putting breast milk?

No I don't recommend for a newborn they don't quit have control over the swallowing reflex due to the speed of the milk coming out get your n a regular baby bottle

So where is the plug that I'm supposed to remove?

There is no plug only removable part is the silicone part they drink out of.

Lids look diffrent than on the official nuk site and came without a spill blocker and a sealed package, is it legit?

The cups do not leak. Another tidbit, you can remove the handles. We found it was easier to hold without the handle. It was more like the feel of a bottle.
