This stuff is absolutely amazing. The flavor cannot be beat. I’ve used many kinds of electrolytes. I don’t really like the flavors in my waters, but these from Dr Berg are fantastic. They truly taste like grape. They truly taste like orange. They truly taste like tangerine and they don’t taste like any type of chemical had given this a 10 stars if I could’ve.

I really like the high potassium, low sodium, and all the other minerals. If I feel like I need a little extra salt, I just add a pinch. I like how I can control how much salt I take in. I bought 5 flavors, lemon raspberry, tangerine, orange, cherry pomegranate, and tropical fruit. The lemon raspberry is refreshing. The tropical tastes like coconut. The cherry tasted a little strange, not my favorite. The orange is very mild, doesn’t taste like much. The tangerine is by far my favorite, delicious. The key is to make it the day before, in a 16 oz mason jar with a plastic lid. I’ll have 3 to 4 already made up and in the fridge, ready to drink first thing in the morning ( just 1 a day). It even tastes better the next day, the flavor soaks in and it dissolves better, just give a shake before drinking. I wish they would make the tangerine in the larger size, “value size”, and make it less expensive. I bought some on Prime day, on sale, good time to stock up. Definitely the best electrolyte powder I’ve ever tried, I’m sticking with this one.

Been a follower of Dr. Berg for 15 years. I really like the taste of the the tangerine and grape. I feel less achy, really no aches, when I drink at least one scoop a day. I place it in my steel water bottle with some filtered water. Shake it up and it dissolves with no issues. It lasts me about a month. Sometimes I need only half of a scoop because of the full flavor and sweetness.

It has a very refreshing taste to it. I found that if you shake rather than stir the granules dissolve better. No yucky aftertaste.

I purchased this to enhance my hydration level and assist with my electrolytes balance. The tangerine flavor is mild when added to water. It reminds me of having a glass of Tang, but with a carbonated, sodium taste which I do not like. Not too sweet. The product dissolves well. After using it for about a month, I felt a boost in energy. The price is high, but the quality of ingredients is good. Other electrolyte powders do not have a carbonated-sodium flavor, but are too sweet. The challenge is to find a product that is priced well and has a good balance of ingredients that work and produce a great taste.

I could not get this drink down. I purchased the tangerine and it is FOUL. I have tried many electrolyte powders- Seeking Health is my first choice: it tastes fantastic and is actually fizzy! But it contains creatine and after using it for three years, and battling hair loss and acne as an adult in my late 30’s, I learned that people who are naturally high in testosterone will be affected by creatine and the conversation from testosterone to DHT is going to cause problems: acne, hair loss, and terrible dandruff. To make a few. So I broke up with my favorite electrolyte and tried others. This one is the latest and it is REPULSIVE and has given me a new low for rating electrolytes. Ugh. From what I understand, contrary to the product’s insistance that there must be ZERO sugar in electrolytes, I have read that there actually needs to be a delicate balance of a small amount of instrumental sugar to get the electrolytes to where in the body they need to go. (Hence my admiration for Seeking Health’s acerola cherry instead of STEVIA. BARF.) I was further disappointed to read that the ingredients use pink Himalayan salt, which has been found to contain higher levels of heavy metals than your less exotic sounding and buzzwordy “sea salt”. The quest goes on.

This is my favorite electrolyte powder and helps stop the random blood pressure drops that I get throughout the day. I like to use 1/2-1 scoop in my 32oz bottle and sip it throughout the day. Definitely recommend for a better brand of electrolytes

Prevent leg cramp n boost your energy!

I don't have a lot to say as I recently started taking this after watching Dr. Berg's YouTube videos and then comparing this to other electrolyte products out there. This one is a clear winner, even though it costs a pretty penny in Australia. I loved the taste the moment I took my first sip. I feel that it works but hard to tell. But what I can say is, it really gives a sense of fullness and shuts the appetite down after drinking. Not sure if that's intended or if what electrolytes actually do but I think that really helps if you're on keto and trying to lose weight. I'd recommend it to anyone who is on keto like me.

Great Stuff. Finally discovered why I have had no energy for years. A Magnesium boost in an electrolyte powder with other complimentary minerals is fantastic. Works very well combined with a Multi Vitamin B for energy. Seems more healthy than high concentrated pure magnesium powders. I'm eating more Salads now for my magnesium, but keep this powder ready for days when I want to intermittent fast or haven't eaten well
