Eyes are so important...
Very small capsule to swallow. We mix it with yogurt after breaking capsule open... no real taste, but boy the blue berry color is amazing.

Be sure you know why you are taking it
I started taking bilberry because I have age-related macular degeneration in the early stages and I read reviews that said bilberry can help delay its development, This particular product is OK, I will continue to use bilberry for the foreseeable future along with other recommended products.

Suggest see if it works for you
The science is inconclusive about bilberry and vision, but in my experience it does improve my vision. I've tried taking it for a period of time and then not taking it for a period of time and I can definitely see the difference. No downside that I know of so I would recommend at least giving it a try for one bottle.
