Nice book with good recipes. It just takes sorting out the American ingredients, but you do that all is good.

Useful little book to have on the shelf when you want to cook something quickly with few ingredients. Good recipes.

For two people that can't bake this has been a great buy, everything we've tried has come out really well. Enough detail to not overwhelm and simple enough to be made by a newbie baker.
