Q: Can fit over king bed?

I don’t think so, at least not very well.

Q: Can you put it under a fan

I wouldn’t think so unless you have a very high ceiling.

Q: Does anyone have this over a full size bed? Does it fit over the whole thing or does some of the matress stick out?

My daughter has this canopy over her full size bed. The curtains reach all the way around her bed if I place them that way. Otherwise half of the bed does stick out...but it is supposed to. The canopy would only completely cover a crib. It is not supposed to be the complete size of a full or twin bed. But the curtains can surround the entire bed if you want them to.
