This review is for the orange effervescent tablets. The taste is good enough that instead of just putting it in water and drinking it I have turned it into a healthy orange julius drink. Put the tablet in a cup, then add any and all liquid and powder supplements (like probiotics, protein, enzymes) you’re taking that don’t need to be sublingual. Don’t open any capsules or crush any tablets. Add a tiny bit of fresh or frozen OJ, or a tiny bit of water and 1/2 orange crystal light packet. Add vanilla and optional Swerve monk fruit powdered sugar. Add 1 egg or egg white, optional, then pour everything in blender. In same cup pour about 1/2 cup of your favorite plant-based milk and swirl it around to grab all the residue. Optional plain lactose-free yogurt right into blender, as much as you like. Then turn on blender 5 seconds until frothy. Add about 6 ice cubes. Blend again on high 10-15 seconds, until ice sounds stop or are nearly gone. Voila. Until I got these orange effervescent tablets I never tried to make this before but now I drink it every morning. Seems to help with energy but I can’t say for certain.

The taste is like taking straight vitamins with no flavor. IF I try this again I will add it to orange juice.

Good for an emergency where I need some b vitamins but cannot eat a meal. All other b complex vitamins make me super nauseous and cause uncontrollable vomiting if I don't take with a large meal. Sometimes I forget to take it when I eat and then I can't take it at all. This product doesn't taste good. But it's not horrible either. A little juice or lemonade completely masks the flavor. Absolutely zero nausea. I bought the single bottle for $9.95. That's kind of insanely high for 20 doses of b vitamin. Even broken in half it's still high. I notice that the 6 pack is only $4.16 a bottle. I wanted to make sure it was a good product before springing for 6 bottles. Unfortunately the bottle I received has a rather short expiration date. I ordered April 28th and it's dated for September of this year. I don't really feel good about ordering a 6 pack knowing it expires in 5/6 months. So if I want to get more it's $9 a bottle. That's just way too much for daily use.

Flavor is nice to taste.
