real review
I used these noodles for spice garlic street noodles and it cooked up perfectly. Delicious easily served (we used the entire package) 4 adults in the house. The noodles were nice and tender, serving size was real for adults. Noodles were thick enough to hold the oil sauce without absorbing it and honestly delicious. I will be buying these again to make this meal! Thanks!

Very good
These noodles were good. Followed the recipe from Joshua Weissman for the Spicy garlic chili noodles.

Excellent flavor and texture nooodles.
Excellent flavor and texture. Cooks well in the microwave. I added noodles to the end of a roast cooking container, drippings, meat particles, etc. ans made a tasty lunch. Also added a few leftover veges.

Broken and too expensive
Most of these noodles came broken. I can't really make the recipe I had intended for these. It was also pretty expensive; $13 for four servings... I would suggest going with another brand.

Yum, and closer to restaurant style wide noodles than grocery noodles.
I wanted wide noodles for a recent Asian-inspired potluck dish and was tired of substituting basic grocery store skinny noodles. The nearest Asian grocery is an hour away so I decided to try Amazon and was happy to pay a little more for these noodles (saved on gas and time getting to that grocery). They turned out fabulously and my picky 9 year old even loved them. They cook QUICKLY so stay on top of the timer, and also don't do what I did and skip the math on the sauce to noodle ratio: these are big bundles of noodles! There was some breakage with shipping but it was minimal. Overall: a win.

Very nice product, terrible packaging by Amazon
I'm very happy with the noodles, they're tasty and easy to make. Unfortunately, Amazon doesn't care how they package items, even the fragile things as I think noodles are. I ordered 2 packs, 1 came in about 300 pieces, the other slightly less broken up. What a shame that they don't care how they handle & package products that we're spending our hard earned money on. I would expect them to take more care since they're 'supposed to be' all about customer service and doing their best for the customer. Anyway, enough venting, the noodles are great and would be much better if they were in one piece (but thats not the companys fault, its Amazons). I would highly recommend the noodles!
