Question 1

Is the pricing for 52 filters correct? If so, it's .48 per 52 count and only .45 per 40 ct. Usually, when you buy more, it's cheaper.

Accepted Answer

I bought the smaller offering of 20 filters because I have the Airsense 11 and correctly sized filters are hard to come by. The machine is new on the market and suppliers haven’t caught up yet.
The filters I received do indeed fit the model 11 properly and at twenty filters , that’s enough for a new one …. Once a month … for nearly two years. I’d suggest just buying the 20 lot …. Which gives you plenty of “ basic “ filters for a long time …and waiting for the supplier’s to catch up and offer a wider choice of filters. Only the basic filter seems to be available for the new model 11 right now. Soon , different choices like hepa , pollen and dual layer washable etc. should become available on the market. I’d buy the hepa filters , myself, when they become available. That or a dual filter ( foam and hepa ) when they hit the market like they did for the older models. Just my thoughts , hope this was helpful. Thanks.

Question 2

Orientation? ("the fuzzy side faces out" - Thank You Mo Bevmo) but, just to be completely sure, which side faces up with the door open?

Accepted Answer

I don’t think it matters but that’s what I do.

Question 3

Does a setting have to be changed to use these Hypoallergenic AS11 filters instead of the standard filters?

Accepted Answer

No. They are the same as the standard filters.

Question 4

The fuzzy side faces out, the smooth side faces inside. Change your filter once a month.
