Ordered these for my hubby who does keto. He loves them - except for the blueberry pomegranate, but that’s ok because that flavor is my favorite. Great taste - not too sweet - and no aftertaste. Works great for hydration and electrolytes without all the sugar! Just subscribed to receive them regularly. We like them on ice with a little more than the recommended amount of water.

I only received 3 of the 4 flavors but I am liking them. I used a different brand before and it was so sweet I used one pack in double the water. This is good, not to sweet. I used as directed with 16oz of water. Sometimes though the end is a little gritty like it doesn’t dissolve completely. It is cheaper than the other brand I used so that’s a plus.

I purchased the IQ Mix variety for the different flavors I haven’t tried. I have tried the passion fruit, like the flavor, has 10 calories, no sugar,can’t have too much sugar being I have diabetes 2I will try other flavors also.

I love this sooo much more than liquid IV honestly!! It has vitamins and brain loving nutrients so it’s a plus, the taste is also so much better!! The big bag is a great value for money!! And it helps my plasma donation process goes smoothly all the time

These are so yummy!We use these for my daughter who is a competitive dancer and also gets migraines.We love the taste and how long they keep her hydrated for. Highly recommend.

The flavoring was just great. Most of the electrolyte products on the market have wayyyy too intense of flavoring. These IQ packets are balanced just right for a 16 oz bottle.
