Good quality moisture heat.
My favorite moisture heat wrap. Works great for neck and shoulder tension. Good quality. I heat 4 times in 1 minute increments. Good size as it covers a lot of area.

Quality product
I've owned one for years! Love it. Still in excellent condition. Aromatherapy still strong due to storing as instructed when not in use. I recently ordered one for my friend. Highly recommend!

As advertised
My daughter (12) uses this in the evenings. Sometimes for aches. Sometimes just for a comforting warm hug. The product is well made. The only drawback is there aren’t any instructions for how long to warm it in the microwave. It’s taken a little experimentation to figure that out.

For me it lacks only an adjustable fastener and provided storage bag
I find the wrap well-worth my purchase in almost every way. It is very comfortable. It heats up well and holds the heat very well for me. It seems to be very well made. I do not have any problems with any of the contents falling out. The scent is okay and not at all strong. I don't really notice the scent unless I make a concerted attempt to smell it. My prescribed regime is to repeatedly alternate heat for 20 minutes, and then 20 minutes off. My microwave is a Kenmore Elite and I heat the room-temperature wrap on the default power level of 100 for 3 min.s 40 sec.s. The heat holds wonderfully warm for the entire 20 minutes with me wearing just a t-shirt. After 20 more minutes of the wrap sitting while it and I cool off, the wrap is still too warm for me to heat back up for the entire 3 min.s and 40 sec.s. I can only heat it up for 3 min.s and 20 sec.s the 2nd and subsequent times around, or it is too hot. I also tried to use it for its other touted use as a cold-wrap, and that did NOT work well AT ALL, even after sitting in the freezer overnight. So, while it is wonderful for heat, it really sucks for cold. But, it's worth it to me just for the excellent heat function. The only other complaints I have are 1) there is no way provided to hold the wrap in place while moving around. I like to wear it while performing my first-thing-in-the-morning-time routines. It needs an adjustable fastener of some sort. And 2) you must provide your own recommended storage bag. HOWEVER, I have solved the fastener problem for myself by using a metal paper binder clasp. I pull the ends together at the bottom and push the seeds out of the way in order to be able to clasp it. As for the bag, I am using a gallon-size zip-lock style plastic storage bag, but even the gallon size is a bit too small and cumbersome to use. A proper size bag needs to be provided with the wrap by the manufacturer.

Comforting, feels nice! Does the job.
I bought this after I pulled the tendons in my shoulder and upper arm. I had previously purchased a nylon shoulder "brace" that didn't do anything to help the pain (returned & refunded). So, I opted for heat treatment rather than immobilization/support of my upper arm. The first shoulder wrap I received had a hole in one end of it, and the seeds started spilling out. Amazon refunded my money and I ordered another one, which arrived in two days. The wrap is rather heavy and feels comforting, all around my neck, shoulders, and upper back. Another reviewer complained because they thought it didn't get hot enough with 3 minutes in the microwave. But you don't need to heat it until it becomes red-hot; it just needs to be "warm" to do its job. I heat mine for one and a half minutes and it feels great. My shoulder and arm seem to benefit from the warmth and comforting weight against the sore tendons. My neck especially appreciates the wrap; it does go all the way up the back of my neck to the base of my skull. The herbal aromas are also really nice. I can see that if I had a sore throat, I can wrap it so it covers my throat. It stays on, doesn't slide off. The furry fabric is very soft, seems durable enough. The seeds may need to be redistributed from time to time, by simply lifting the wrap and using your fingers to guide the seeds to places that need more of them (the ends). If the aroma runs out, just sprinkle your favorite essential oils on the fabric. I can't imagine it would be "washable" without ruining it, so keep it clean.I have no use for the eye mask. But I could recommend to the company that makes these to include a fabric storage sack, so there's someplace clean to keep it when not in use. I will just use a pillowcase, but it would be nice to have a matching storage sack that's the right size for the wrap (instead of the eye mask).

Life saver for frozen shoulders & migraines
I have two frozen shoulders, hold tension in my shoulders and neck and after doing PT, I get sore! I ice and then use heat. I’ve tried using heat patches you adhere to your skin, I’ve used other heated neck wraps, but the scents have been too overwhelming to me and the wraps have never stayed in place. My concern with trying to find a neck wrap was 1) the scent. I’m extremely sensitive to smells and get migraines easily 2) the weight. I’m very petite. 3) how long it would hold heat and hold up in generalI was hesitant to purchase anything online for all three reasons but after days of researching I chose this wonderful product.Pros:1) the scent is very subtle and very pleasant. It doesn’t smell like buckwheat, rice or any type of grain filled heating sack that is then artificially covered up with scents of lavender etc. It is not overpowering at all. I know scent is subjective - but I get sick smelling lavender sachets for example, and this doesn’t bother me at all.2) The weight is appropriate and feels good when sitting on your shoulders and neck. I feel as if the weight helps transfer the moist heat into your sore muscles and joints. I can also walk around and do practically anything - except jumping jacks of course, while wearing this. Added bonus!3) I can easily get 20 minutes of good heat with one 1 min 30 sec cycle through the microwave.Cons:My family likes to steal it. Which is guess isn’t really a con!All in all I LOVE this product and would buy it for everyone I knew!
