wheels fit perfectly and are much better quality than the original wheels that came on the dolly when new. the original wheels had plastic “bearings/sleeves” and this pair i just bought had stainless steel/all metal/roller bearings and the dolly is much easier to use now. i would highly recommend these wheels. they even came with 2 different size bearings in order to fit 2 diff axel sizes.

These wheels are a great value, hold up to my heavy chicken coop and make it easy to wheel around. I’d recommend these for all heavy applications

Did not use it

These replaced the very same that were on my hand dolly. Previous wheels cracked at the axel hole after 5 years of use and sitting outside next to garage in 115 degree weather. Dolly stays inside now and these look great, easy install, look sturdy!!

The cheap plastic wheels on my trash bin were destroyed during curbside collections and I needed replacement wheels. These wheels are very substantial and should not be damaged in normal use at the curbside. They were easy to install on a one half inch rod with end caps to keep the wheels in place. A big improvement over the original wheels. I believe these will last a long time.

5/8” axle is not that common. I returned some really heavy HF wheels to use these instead for a cart I was fabricating. No problems so far.

What I especially liked was that it came with a pair of bearings for each different axle sizes. I did make an error and forgot about the off set. I thought I was fine but the 2" offset put the wheels with an inch of the end of the threaded axle shaft. So I drilled a hole in each shaft and slid the wheel on and put in a cotter key. My little scooter has been used a lot so far on some rough ground and it's fine. The wheels are very solid. I wouldn't buy them for the back. These tires aren't meant to be drive wheels. There is no traction capability unless if it was used only on hard surfaces. UPDATE: It's been 4 months now since I installed these on my mobility scooter. I haven't noticed anything wrong with them so far. I use the scooter approximately 25 hours a week and that's on grass all the time.

The wheels proved to be to small for my cart application but since different sized bearings were provided, I can use them on something else.
