I bought two of these diffusers and they worked well for several months but eventually started sounding loud when they were putting out scent. Troubleshooting told me it was an issue with the pump so I contacted their customer service and they gladly sent me a return label to send the units back for repair. They ended us sending me two new units because the repair part they needed was backordered and they didn't want me to wait more than a month to get my diffusers back.My new diffusers are working beautifully and the upgraded user app is very slick. They're whisper quiet and really put out scent. We're loving the Santal fragrance this fall.These diffusers are a little pricy but totally worth it because this company ensures good quality.

This product worked good for 2 months then never worked again. For the price it is not worth it. It is very loud. I have troubleshot this product according to manufacturer and neither one of my diffusers will work. I do not recommend purchasing this product. Go for a better company.

This works great and my house smells like a model home daily. The oils can be expensive but totally worth it. I like that it also doesn’t make much noise when it sprays.

This was a great product. Was a 5 star but reduced to 3 because it stop working. The smell difuser, amazing. However I bought in July it's the end of October and it's giving a loud humming and it is no longer diffusing. The return window is of course closed. Disappointed.

I recently ordered this diffuser I liked it and would recommend it, and they have the best customer service, prompt response, caring, Thank you RALUCA for being patient and walk me through the instructions 😀 😊 I like how you can connect the Bluetooth feature and set an automatic times so you home always smells fresh. My favorit fragrance is Vintage bloom 😍My note the gold color is more like rose gold.

I have never returned a product so quickly. Stopped working after first time. Kept shutting off and making noise. Save your money on this one.

This machine does not produce a strong smell, I tried several scents in a small room !

Refill bottles don’t last that long. Expensive to re order scent bottles.
