This preservative should be added on cool down side, if possible. It is good for 1 hour at 80 deg C. The key with this Linatural is the pH needs to be below 6.5. Recommended use levels and pH: 2% use at pH 6 - 6.5 1.5% use at pH 5 - 6 1% use at pH <5

Depending on your recipe, you may need to lower the pH into the right range for it to be effective. If your recipe is within the guidelines for this product's ideal use (pH, use rate), then it should work. Always do your own testing and work in small batches.
