Son Of A Critch: A Childish Newfoundland Memoir

Self-deprecating humour
Mark Critch, from “22 Minutes”, is a funny guy. The opening chapters dealing with growing up as the much younger brother of an older, not-always-understanding father, paint a familiar story. My guess is that Canadians will enjoy his sense of humour more than others. My Newfoundland wife, of course, enjoyed every minute!

Refreshingly funny
What a great read. I laughed, I cried, I laughed until I cried! Mark has a style of writing that places you by his side as he guides you through the rooms of his house, or the halls of his school. Definitely recommend it.
