Can’t believe I’ve never written a review for this. I’ve owned this for 2-3 years now and love it. I have 3 cats, so I have this as well as a solo auto feeder (Petkit brand, which I love), and I’m so happy with my setup. This is easy to use, easy to clean, and it’s worked every day since I got it, never any hiccups. It holds a good amount of food and is very easy to program a schedule so I don’t have to wake up as early as my cats do. Well worth the money and would recommend to other pet owners.

After getting familiarized with the setup, it’s easy to use. I have it now about two years, it has never let me down. Also, customer service is helpful.

INSTRUCTONS were confusing starting with how to turn it on. Okay, I called Amazon Customer Service support and they couldn't figure it out either. Said to send a message to the seller which I did and the seller came back the next day, saying the power switch was by the outlet position. I had since found it but still...I didn't think their answer explained it well enough. An outlet to me means power outlet or electirical outlet, so I think "where the food comes out" is better. I like where the feeding schedule is on top and not on the front. You can look down and see what's going on, instead of picking it up to look, or squatting down to reprogram because at 75 years old it's hard getting back up at times. The Wifi feature is why I bought this feeder. I can look at my iphone and see the times, or adjust the times, or do a manual feed. I have 2 ten year old cats, one needs to lose weight and the other one has IDS causing her to vomit if overfed. Their feeding schedule is every 2 hours and only 1 teaspoon of dry Rx food. I manually feed during the day and the timer is excellent for nightime feeding. I measured and found 1 feeding portion (with this feeder ) equals 1 teaspoon, so this works perfect for me. Just remember to click 'the feeding plan" to red after entering the time or it won't work!!!! I had to figure that out myself, again no instructions. Hope this helps y'all. The feeder is sturdy and I am happy I bought it.

We bought this feeder over three years ago, and it's worked flawlessly. We had to get a new power cord because one of our cats chewed up the original, but no other issues. The instructions are clearly written, so setup and connecting to Wi-Fi is fairly straightforward, and it works flawlessly once it's connected and a feeding schedule set up. (There have been a few times when I thought there was a problem because I couldn't see the device feom the app, but every time it turned out that the GFI receptacle had tripped.) We've moved to a different state since we purchased it, and it connected to our new network and went right on working perfectly. We even had to leave our cats with a friend during our move, and we left the feeder with her so the cats would have something familiar in a strange setting. I could never get the feeder connected to her Wi-Fi, but the feeder kept right on working on the previous feeding schedule. So apparently the programmed schedule stays in the feeder's memory until you explicitly change it. It holds plenty of food; we have to refill it every 1½ weeks or so. We couldn't be happier with it.

Update: Shortly after I wrote my previous review, the cats began to knock over the feeder every other day and it began busting open every time. We had to stop using it. Months later, we got a feeder from HoneyGuardian that I MUCH prefer over this one. App features are the same as this one, but the machine is sturdier and no food leaks out, discouraging the cats from trying to beat up the device. Previous review: We’ve been using this feeder for two months, having upgraded from a previous single bowl feeder after our cats started getting feisty with each other during feeding. This is our first feeder from this company, and I have a few gripes. First, I wish it would tell me on the app when the food level is low as our previous feeder did. Second, and worse, jostling of the feeder will release a few kibble. Our cats have discovered this, and now practice their wrestling skills on the whole set up daily (this is a new development from the previous feeder they would mostly leave alone). The kibble distribution piece poorly attaches to the machine, so it is knocked off daily, and if the cats don’t successfully tip over the whole machine, they will have at least detached the bowls and pushed them across the kitchen. I will say, despite the crimes of two apparently starved 13lbs cats, this feeder has only once busted open when it is knocked over. So I will leave 2 stars for decently resisting breaking & entering, minus 3 stars for lack of resistance to assault and battery. A warrant is out for the arrest of the two criminal cats, who are still at large and a threat to automatic feeders this establishment will continue to abuse until the next upgrade to a sturdier machine.

Set up was very easy, and the product looks good and good quality. The only thing is, it does not work with my WiFi. Tried resetting, trouble shooting many times and nothing could connect it to my phone. I followed all the instructions and when trying to connect after inputting my WiFi password, I just get an error message that it couldn’t connect. I went in the “help center” page and the bot told me it does not work with certain routers or WiFi types. My router is included in the list of “compatible devices” but still nothing I did seemed to work. I ended up setting it up manually on the buttons of the machine, which took me forever to figure out since the instructions are only for the app that connects to the WiFi. I finally figured it out and set it up the way I’d like. Just very frustrated it will not connect to my phone at all so I will not be able to use the app and get notifications. I will use it for a few days and might just keep it if it works fine, but very frustrating that they don’t let you know beforehand that it could not be compatible with your WiFi device. It works, just not entirely the way the product is designed to.

TLDR: We love it, buy it if you need to feed two cats. Pros: very exact portion control portions dispense equally to each bowl six different programmable meal times holds a lot of food at a time very sturdy and well-built my cats can't break in Cons: pricey voice recording is loud could be bad with territorial eaters since bowls are very close together a little bit of math involved to figure out how many "portions" (~.5 ounces) you want for each meal We have two fairly large and very hungry cats. They had been waking us up multiple times a night begging for food, so we really wanted a solution that would make sure the cats could eat at 5:00am like they wanted but saved us from having to get out of bed to feed them every morning. This cat food dispenser was the perfect solution! I was concerned that my boys would knock over or break into the machine, as they're pretty aggressive about food. Thankfully, it is very sturdy, nice and heavy when it's full of food, and has a latched lid that prevents stubborn explorers from breaking in. While my cats did try to stick their arms up the food shoot to pull food out, I was extremely relieved that they were only able to knock a couple of kibbles loose from the dispenser. They stopped fiddling with it once they realized they couldn't pull food out. Like other people have mentioned, the voice recording is pretty loud. I don't personally mind it, and you can just delete it if it disrupts you too much. It is slightly annoying having to cycle through all of the portion sizes (0-50) everytime you want to adjust a meal, but I've found that simply pressing and holding the portion button makes it relatively quick and painless. I imagine the smart app would really help making meal adjustments quicker, but I haven't felt like I needed to download it. Overall, we're really really happy with this cat feeder and are glad to have bought it!

Helt fantastiskt bra pryl. Har 2 st då vi har 2 katter. Den ena har problem att hantera matintag. Har ställt in matning via appen 2ggr per dag o rätt dos. Katterna mår bättre och man slipper bli väckt 06:30 varje morgon för att mata katten.

Muy recomendable. Es fácil de configurar y limpiar. Tiene las piezas desmontables y fácilmente limbiables. El pienso debe ser pequeño para facilitar su extracción.

J'adore ce distributeur, il est top pour mes chats, je suis autonome avec ce distributeur, il a un programme de 6 plages d'heures et tous les jours je change puisqu'il faut minimum 2 plages d'heures et il fait très bien son job et garde les croquettes dans une boîte, très pratique quand on veut partir plusieurs jours sans avoir de garde pour son chat ou ses chats puisqu'il a deux gamelles

DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. Bought it in Feb 2023. It was easy enough to set up and use at first, but now in July 2024, it just stopped working progressively. First, the button to manually dispense food no longer dispense food. It gives a beep when pressed as it normally does, but nothing comes out. The button in the app to dispense food also does nothing. Then the automatic timer stopped working entirely. The feeding times set up would come and go, and no food is dispensed. I tested by creating a new feeding time in the schedule, and it would work one time at point of set-up but the next day it does not dispense food again. I've tried updating the software, re-pairing with my wifi, checking the dispensing mechanism, deleting the app and re-installing it, but nothing was off and nothing was wrong. It just stopped dispensing food, full-stop. I had to resort to physically opening the cover to the food compartment and taking a spoon to dish out the pellets onto the bowl. I'm now looking for a replacement. This time I will look for a brand that is a bit more legitimate and established.
