Perfect Burger Press
This burger press is legit! I have been using the spatula to press my smash burgers and it was somewhat of a pain. I gave this press a try and it was night and day. Nice finish and very sturdy with no wobbling as you press that burger to the perfect thickness. The height of the handle is perfect to keep your arm away from hot splattering grease. The added parchment papers were a bonus. Never struggle again. Built for a lifetime and a pleasure to use.

Don't care for cast iron products which rust. This gets the job done, easy to clean in dishwasher.

Exactly what's needed for smashburgers
Smashburgers need a "smasher" that has a flat surface like this one and it works great with my Blackstone. It could also be used for other foods too. It's fairly heavy weight, is stainless steel and dishwasher safe, and seems very sturdy. It also includes 100 parchment squares. This is exactly what I needed.

This is the better one
I bought this burger press along the "burger iron" with the wooden handle. This one is sturdier and the plate size is just a tad larger. For around the same price, this one also comes with parchment papers (which are a must) unless you want half the meat stuck to the press itself. Of the two presses we bought, this one is the better product and a better value.

Simple, heavy, great with the included paper squares
I make my smash burgers in two skillets on the stove top. I get the pans to 360, then I smash a ball of seasoned ground beef (~3.30 ounces). After about 30 seconds I flip it and move it over to the other pan. The wax paper makes it so easy. And the smasher is great.

Sturdy Press
This is very nice. It's got a good heft to it and it's strong. It also came with 100 parchment pieces to place between the burger and the press while you press the burger down. I use with 4 oz burger balls and make double cheeseburgers. I have no doubt this press will outlive me.
